Kanabec County VINE and Haven Split

The county’s live roster also has no published update schedule, so the two screens should not be forced into an exact timeline.

VINELink is not a permanent Kanabec County release archive. A past record may no longer be searchable. Sheriff release data and the court file are the durable fallback. Federal distinctions are just as important. BOP Locator applies to people in or formerly in BOP custody and can provide a release date for applicable records. USMS has no public historical released-person locator for federal pretrial custody. ICE’s locator can cover current detainees and some people recently released from ICE custody, but a county handoff to ICE is a transfer. None of those events should be inferred from a Kanabec VINELink miss.
